April 2026 Update

It has been a busy month here at DMXiteβ„’! While most of the development focus at the current time is on accuracy and functionality, our teams continue working through hardware trials. Feedback from the community so far is in favor of the touchscreen model as shown below or possibly a small laptop with a touchscreen.

Other changes have been to improve the interface visibility and usability on smaller screens. We have combined, collapsed, and moved some features around a bit to enhance navigation. Of course, it’s best to work on configured settings from a computer browser, but there’s nothing you cannot do on a smaller screen. It may just be a bit more difficult, but a stylus can also help.

One of the larger features we wanted to accomplish was to detect the difference between a person talking such as between songs, and actual music. We have had to table that feature for now as it has proven quite difficult to detect accurately. Some of the variables have very fine lines and we feel it is going to take quite some time and testing to stabilize this feature.
